What’s a Portrait Party you ask??     

Portrait parties are a fun opportunity to have beautiful portraits of your children, other family members, friends or co-workers!  There is NO SESSION FEE so you and your guests are automatically saving $100.00 (the cost of the session fee).  The event takes place at your home, or another location of your choice, where everyone is comfortable and natural. 

As the hostess you will receive a complimentary portrait package and earn a discount on portraits of your own, based on your guests’ order totals.  You and each guest family will be scheduled for a 20 minute photography session.  In that time period, I will capture anywhere from 35-75 images of your guests.  During each session, portraits of groups, individuals or a combination of both can be taken.  If you are interested in hosting a portrait party please contact me as soon as possible!  For more information give me a call at (754) 581-1905 or email at lisav@jaacpa.com

For hosting 5 or more guests, receive package of your photos FREE:  (1) 11×14,  (2) 8×10, (8) Wallets  Receive a percentage of your guests’ order total in additional print credits:  Totals up to $200.00 – 5% off,  Totals $201.00 through $400.00 – 10% off,  Totals $401.00 and over – 20% off.

As a hostess, I ask that you provide a suitable space for creating professional photographs (for example, a park, your yard or garden, or a well-lit spare bedroom, dining room or office).  You will be required to invite a minimum of 5 guests to participate in the event.  I would recommend that you provide a little party food and drink for your guests.  You will schedule your guests’ photography sessions 20 minutes apart.  Try to eliminate gaps in the session schedule to maximize your potential for free photographs.  Your guests are not required to stay for the duration of the party.  I will provide invitations and envelopes for you to mail to your guests.  I will arrive about an hour before the event to “scope out” and set up the session area and equipment.  I have a few chairs and props available.  It is best for the session area to be located away from the rest of the party (this prevents children from being distracted during their sessions).
